SHIPPING
All US orders are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise requested. We strive to ship same day if order is placed before 2pm EST, but please note that it may take one to two business days to process your order.

TRACKING
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online and via text message.
RETURN POLICY
We really want you to be happy with your new purchase, if for some reason you would like to return it, you can do so within 15 days of purchase in the original packaging. Merchandise must be unworn, unused and unaltered in any way and have original tags.
Once evaluated and items are eligible, you will receive a full refund for the original price. Shipping charges aren’t included in the refund.
Once we receive your return, you will be notified by email.
We do not offer online exchanges. For a faster turn around, please just place a second order with the correct merchandise size and/or color. Once we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment.
Brooke Atwood has the right to refuse any return items that does not meet our criteria, in this case we will ship the items back at the customers expense.
RETURN via USPS
Email us and we will email you a pre-paid USPS label. Pack your unused items securely and drop off at any US Postal Office.
